I knew Eric valasquez I remember he told me he was in jail for kidnapping charges but never told me exactly what happened when I meet Eric he was actually a very sweet and kind person I used to make paper roses so he could send his mom he looked out for me and even protected me and if one of us went with out we would help each other I often wonderd what happened to him I'm glad I found out and hope he is ok God bless him

I was a student here from 3rd-6th grade. On November 22, 1963, I was a 6th grade student in Mrs. Booker's French class when we received word that the president had been assassinated. Mr. Beeson was the principal at the time. I remember the great playground with the previously mentioned jungle Jim and rings. I got in trouble because little girls weren't allowed to swing upside down - obvious reasons!! So many wonderful memories of the school! We lived about 3 blocks away on 31st street - 2 houses down from The corner of Magnolia & 31st. Walked to and from the school every day, beautiful neighborhoods!!

Were you a witness? No. Are you the victim? No. Are you the suspect? No. Is he your friend? Yes. Will he get deported if found guilty? One could only hope so ! You were not there and you still have the nerve to question the victim's credibility or the Detectives who investigated the incident? Are you as crazy as the suspect! Maybe you can drive him back to mexico when convicted......pack your bags and you can stay in mexico with him......since you are so concerned about your friend! I am just saying!

Are you serious! Whatever happened does not discount the fact the suspect was caught with a weapon in his car! And loaded at that! I don't have any sympathy for a nut driving around with a gun in his car!

The Long Beach Police couldn't enforce their way out of a paper bag. We've massive fireworks going off every night in Craftsman Village and the police haven't come down to stop it even after being called on multiple occasions. It's a horrible fire hazard and we have to keep our windows closed in the middle of a heat wave.
